In the new normal era, digital nomads are poised to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and revitalizing local economies. Their unique lifestyle skillset can contribute positive social cultural changes, making them valuable assets shaping future of work society. This study explores characteristics based on remote seeks policy ways attract tourist attractions. Focus group interviews (FGIs) were intended establish policies related nomads’ sites era provide implications for strategies revitalize nomads. Each FGI’s panel consists eight people working working-level officials, government public organizations, it was held three times about two months, from January February 2023. FGIs consist four areas: ‘activating tourism’, ‘digital transformation’, ‘development wellness contents’, ‘creating settlement environment’. Moreover, strategic topics 24 tasks derived each category. Seeking regional attraction is meaningful responding paradigm shifts exploring sustainable ecosystems.

The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UWTO) has acknowledged 2020 as the worst year in tourism history due to worldwide pandemic COVID-19. Destinations, tourists, local communities, stakeholders, and residents, their daily activities were affected. Thus, wellbeing resilience are two crucial variables help industry people recover. This research aims analyze early positive approaches attitudes respond negative impact of COVID-19 everyday that have at its core resilience, main Positive Psychology field studies. This study represents recruitment reactions adopting social media recruiting in securitizing an appropria te candidate amongst a pool of applicants how affects financial crisis. OBJECTIVE:We explored understanding influence adoption acceptance networking websites. The outbreak of COVID-19 confronted the international community with critical health, social, and economic challenges. Travel tourism were among hardest affected sectors. In 2020 2021 new travel trends emerged, emphasizing local destinations, short distances, consequently, lower-carbon transportation (proximity tourism). Post-pandemic recovery represents an opportunity to bounce back better by rethinking sector’s model for sake sustainability innovation. This paper disseminates research that led structuring guidelines a breakthrough inclusive municipal-level action plan promotion sustainable tourism, as part Tourism Friendly Cities project. An operational methodology is discussed here, whereby key stakeholder participation, conceptualized through sextuple helix model, foundation planning process. A small-scale qualitative assessment tool participatory process are also illustrated. proposed corroborates vast positive effects deriving from participation in terms trust, ownership, quality, innovativeness interventions. applying methodology, although digital framework was evaluated positively number participants could be involved, data collection, confidentiality activities, evaluation shows hybrid modes more desirable.
