Abstract In vitro growing of Melaleuca can contribute to the cloning superior genotypes. Studies on factors affecting micropropagation are necessary, especially those using recent technologies, such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs). This study aimed at better understanding effects wavelengths development and physiology cultivated in vitro, well interaction LED with N6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP), main cytokinin used micropropagation. In this study, for first time, the efficiency of yield and fruit quality pink tomato cultivar ‘Tomimaru Muchoo’ was studied in hydroponic cultivation with top interlighting LEDs (light-emitting diodes) diffusion glass (DGlass) to cover glasshouse roof (LED+LED+DGlass). DGlass also tested only lighting by sodium lamps (HPS+DGlass). The control, which had no (HPS, high-pressure sodium), a crop from above, where covered conventional glass. Selected parameters plant growth development, photosynthetic activity, chemical composition were analysed. Tomato fruits evaluated their physical characteristics as well sensory quality. LED+LED+DGlass-supplemented plants shortest fruiting stems, higher dry matter leaves, Mg2+ ion concentration, apparatus activity (PI, PSII performance index) compared control (HPS). More light under conditions without (HPS+DGlass LED+LED+DGlass) increased leaf thickness number mesophyll layers. highest obtained LED+LED+DGlass combination growing technology Fruits characterised total soluble solids (TSS), carotenoids, ascorbic acid content most favourable sugar/acid ratio. evaluation, these sweeter less acidic than other combinations. results confirm significant influence on growth, yield.

Ayrıca, süs sektörü, pazarın küreselleşmesi, iklim değişikliğiyle ilgili belirsizlikler, arazi kullanım rekabeti gibi birden fazla zorlukla da karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Hem hem sürdürülebilirlik açısından üretiminin optimizasyonunda kontrollü ortam sistemleri, seralar, topraksız sistemler, tam kapalı mekanlar LED yapay ışık kaynaklarının kullanımı etkinlikleri son yıllarda yapılan araştırma sonuçlarıyla büyük önem kazanmıştır. durum teknoloji odaklı yaklaşım kullanılarak çevresel parametrelerin doğru şekilde ele alınmasına olanak tanımaktadır. Işık, fotosentezde sahip olduğu önemi ile büyümesini gelişimini koordine eden temel faktördür. Son yetiştiriciliği için özelikle teknolojisiyle istenilen dalga boyunda karışımlarında aydınlatmanın uygulamalarında görülmeye başlanmıştır. Ayrıca güneş radyasyonunun zayıf zamanlarda tamamlayıcı kaynak olarak tek başına kaynağı fotosentez enerji sağlamakta gelişim evrelerini, çiçeklenme süreçlerini düzenleyebilmektedir. Miktar (yoğunluk), süre (fotoperiyot) spektral kompozisyon özelliklerini düzenleyerek; çiçeklenmeyi, arzu edilen düzenleyebilmek, mimarisini kontrol etmek, üretim sezonunu kısaltabilmek, yaprak çiçek renklerini etkileyebilmek, uzun ömürlülüğü sağlamak, raf ömrünü uzatmak önemli hedeflerine ulaşmak mümkün olabilmektedir. Yalnızca bitkisel üretimde standart ek aydınlatma dışında, hızlı gelişim, vejetasyon süresini düzenleme, oluşumu, yapraklanma artışı, büyüme evrelerinin düzenlenmesi, renk oluşumları, bodurlaşma, vazo uzatma etkiler ortaya çıkarılmaya konuda araştırmalar artış göstermiştir. araştırmada kazanan kaynaklarının, farklı boyu karışımlarının bitkilerinde ki sonuçları literatür çalışmalarıyla özellikle yıllardaki konulmuştur.

High demands of Kappaphycus alvarezii in markets require commercial scale the seaweed’s cultivation and large amount seedlings. One best ways to overcome seedling scarcity is by using seaweed micropropagation. This study was carried out produce K. type Giant Tambalang tissue culture micropropagation technique. The axenic explants were inoculated into petri dishes with plant agar 1.5% agarose supplemented Provasoli’s enriched seawater (PES). cultured at 25 °C ± 1°C under cool white LED light (Culture room 1(CR1)) red blue lights 2 (CR2)) 17.55 µmol m-2s-1 20.28 m-2s-1, respectively. After 6 days, results showed that method treating thallus 70% alcohol for 5 seconds sterile artificial able induced calluses CR1 rate callus formation 53.33% (plant agar) 46.67% (agarose). Explants CR2 sign growth after 9 days 56% 76% 12 percentage both increased significantly CR1: 72% 77.33% (agarose); CR2: 68% 81.33% For this analysis, optimal parameters induction observed when on PES 25°C a combination m-2s-1. Researchers and companies are placing increasing importance on sustainability to fight climate change. This study analyzes the of hotel installation, photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, transition from traditional lighting light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs. The results show that for PV system, NPV (net present value) varied between 3191 11,959 kTND/kW installation panels has a positive 100% in case high market scenario 79–84% with reduced activity. Regarding energy optimization, use LED bulbs generates an 346 713 TND/bulb, depending self-consumption cost electricity. Ecological studies installing would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 424 gCO2eq/kWh, or 61 tCO2eq/year. Furthermore, social evaluations have shown renewable optimization point view ecological transition. In conclusion, green investments improve hotels.
