In this work, an automated dissolution system (dissoBOT) was used for testing the first time. Carry-over (CO) of dissoBOT determined paracetamol (PA) and diclofenac sodium (DS), which are active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Initially, partial method validation UV-VIS spectrophotometry PA DS determination performed by defining limit detection (LOD), quantification (LOQ), linear concentration range, accuracy, precision.
