Athletes are characterized by special nutritional needs. Meeting their dietary needs associated with intensive exercise is a prerequisite for effective training and success in sports competitions. Hence, it important to supply key performance nutrients, such as macronutrients, antioxidants, calcium, vitamin D, or iron, adequate quantities. The increased need these nutrients makes necessary look food products on the market that more fully cover Such may include organic foods. According research, they have unique properties richer selected antioxidants. aim of this review was analyze available literature whether foods potential requirements athletes compared conventionally produced A narrative current carried out. This study is the first attempt to use explainable machine learning (ML) investigate factors influencing physical development and athlete's performance in Karakalpakstan Khwarazm regions of Republic Uzbekistan. Three fitness tests (Dribbling Shuttle, Goal Accuracy, Yo-Yo intermittent), anthropometrics, hematology data (33 subject-specific factors) 60 young soccer players were used this study. Results reveal that ML algorithms effective prediction with high model accuracy measured from mean absolute error squared (0.004 0.052 for Dribbling Shuttle test Random Forest model, 41.783 5 Intermittent Recovery Test-level XGB 0.027 0.135 Accuracy model). In contrast, bias was estimated using percentage (3.6 % 0.3 Test 36.7 Furthermore, Shapley additive explanations analysis exhibited anthropometric parameters such as body mass, mesomorph, ankle diameter are dominant development. These results confirm generally accepted concept profile early maturing professional players. Additionally, it understood red blood count corpuscular volume significantly influence Overall, AI-based methods more predicting athletes' performance. Therefore, findings can effectively be incorporated assessment interventions enhance related regional policy
