Biomass waste from palm oil mill processing in Indonesia, especially on the island of Sumatra one which is Aceh Province, currently quite abundant and has not been managed optimally. This biomass can be converted into solid energy, used as energy for power plants. The aim this research specifically to convert energy. applies Simultaneous compression with heating a fuel production method. material empty bunches. results process based show that value reaches 26.80 MJ/kg. carbon content produced 47.56%, low ash 6.70%. Analyses of the characteristics and properties biocoke fuel from several biomass wastes were carried out to determine energy potential fuel. Biocoke production in this research uses heating pressure methods simultaneously under constant conditions. Experimental results using thermogravimetric analysis show that empty-fruit-bunches (EFB) have a higher 26.57 MJ/kg. Meanwhile, mangrove recorded lowest ash content at 1.81% compared EFB 5.09%. The carbon is 58.02%, slightly than EFB, 56.70%, but other biomass. Overall, increased significantly raw

This research investigates the relationship between hardness and microstructure obtained through SEM-EDS analysis of palm oil waste-based biocoke. The mechanical qualities chemical composition biocoke are being studied concerning influence temperature conditions. manufacturing may vary 150 °C 190 °C. Utilizing SEM-EDS, we were able to characterize analyze elemental composition, while Hardness Shore D approach was used for most complex materials. These results highlight possibility optimizing production produce with better performance. They show a positive correlation structured carbon content. At 180 °C, respectively, EFB reached its maximum level 62 ± 5. OPM generated 60 5 times greater than that OPF OPT sample had highest porosity score 0.86, or 85.76%. Furthermore, compared biocoke, biocokes priority 0.84 (84.20%) 0.83 (83.48%), respectively. Biocoke is quality indicator physical qualities; vital link hardness, structural features, supports this idea.
