With increasing concrete production, CO2 emissions rise, and natural resources deplete, creating a need for new material solutions. This article analyzes the feasibility of using green materials, like recycled aggregate (RA) from construction demolition waste (CDW) to be incorporated into (RAC). The objective this paper is determine that use RA ensures receiving sustainable in comparison with NA LA. sustainability assessment was conducted based on an analysis life cycle terms environmental, economic, public perception aspects. Additionally, extended include two newly introduced indicators: quality aggregates performance. A proprietary scoring method ideal characteristics used, which enhanced by innovative multidimensional analysis, credits assigned literature review artificial intelligence (AI) statistical tools partially assist selection items. results could even show outperformed (NA) (light) (LA) environmental (over 80% results) as well economic 65%) categories 80%). However, ranked second behind performance, LA lowest. highlight RAC satisfactory option compared NAC, supporting circular economy reducing waste, emissions, resource consumption. best solution would hybrid containing partial substitute form aggregates, enabling advantages both types complement each other offset their limitations.

The fractal theory can effectively describe the complexity and multi-scale of concrete under impact load provide a scientific basis for evaluating concrete’s resistance. Therefore, based on theory, this study carried out fragmentation size analysis by weighing quality SFRRAC fragments, disclosed distribution characteristics steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate (SFRRAC) specimens different coarse (RCA) replacement ratio, (SF) contents pressures. results indicate that dimension degree specimen. greater dimension, more amount specimen subjected to load, lesser size, fragmentation. Under is between 1.36 2.28. As pressure increases, energy consumption decreases. With growth in gradually negatively correlated with dimension. Along SF content, continuously A new metric angle provided explore inherent law impact-crushing dynamic thereby offering foundational support application practical engineering.
