The durability under dynamic loading is crucial for diverse concrete structures, including buildings subjected to seismic forces as well hydraulic and floating structures in turbulent water conditions. Ultra-high-toughness cementitious composites (UHTCC) exhibit exceptional ductility, high plastic deformation capability, multiple-cracking behaviour, excellent energy dissipation, satisfactory strength. Consequently, UHTCC holds significant promise enhancing the resilience of engineering application. This study provides a comprehensive review on properties damage patterns reinforced with different fibers various conditions, unidirectional, cyclic, instantaneous penetration, loading. material models analysis results from numerical simulations are also discussed. findings indicate that can offer superior capacity enhanced dissipation compared conventional when excitations. combination steel fiber (SF) synthetic effectively enhance strength without significantly compromising its strain-hardening characteristics. exhibits longer service life than exposed cyclic fatigue force. In scenarios involving projectile impacts, blast, loads, maintain their integrity, thereby mitigating potential injuries. Finite element necessitate highly ductile elastoplastic models. Future research could explore use more environmentally friendly preparation further investigate at micro-level.

The construction sector is heading towards more sustainable practices by focusing on the utilization of secondary materials previously considered waste. These include by-products generated in other industrial sectors, which are to be resources for applications. Among them, cellulose, mining tailings, and metallurgy slags particularly significant due their prevalence volume waste they represent. vast quantities globally, posing environmental challenges, but also presenting substantial opportunities reuse construction, thereby reducing landfill use promoting resource efficiency. Additionally, slag has a impact. Transforming them into valuable can significantly reduce footprint associated with extracting processing new raw materials. growing cellulose products like insulation fiberboards, incorporation tailings concrete road materials, underscores feasibility these practices. Despite promising developments, challenges such as economic feasibility, technological limitations, regulatory issues continue limit full potential. This article presents scoping literature review that systematically identifies synthesizes existing research three by-product streams construction. A structured search was carried out scientific databases, relevant publications were analyzed terms strategies, technical performance, benefits, barriers adoption. concludes highlighting key innovations strategic pathways needed overcome current barriers, thus supporting transition toward circular industry.

Ikut melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan dialog terbuka kolaboratif, memastikan keterlibatan aktif proses pengambilan keputusan terkait pertambangan, dapat menjadi alat kuat menjaga keberlanjutan kesejahteraan masyarakat wilayah sekitarnya.

The increased exploitation of ores leads to the generation mining waste, which has a negative impact on environment and human health. For this reason, it is necessary take care in an adequate way by applying some possible treatments. In addition protecting appropriate treatment, there also possibility making profit valorizing useful elements from waste. order choose most perform characterization This paper contains detailed flotation tailings deposited at Old Flotation Tailings eastern Serbia, originating copper ore processing. Characterization includes physico-chemical analysis, polarizing microscope X-ray Diffraction analysis (XRD) Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) analysis. obtained results indicate that investigated can be used as secondary raw material for metal recovery, case primarily (whose content about 0.24%), gold (with 0.43 ppm) silver 1.7 ppm). Considering valuable quite low, suggested apply hydrometallurgical treatment their recovery.
