Cemented tailings backfill (CTB), composed of tailings, binder, and water, is widely used for filling underground goaves in mining operations. Unmanaged can occupy extensive land pose significant environmental risks. Microwave technology offers a promising approach to enhance the utilization reducing dependency on natural resources. However, limited research microwave heating parameters has impeded its broader adoption. This study uses orthogonal experimental method influence various factors strength CTB determine impact capacity each factor. Additionally, this conducted visual analysis time (MHT), delay (MDT), cement-tailings ratio, slurry concentration power (MP) verify results. The results show that or diminish mechanical properties samples at different curing ages, depending specific parameter settings. Research indicates be effectively applied mine materials improve their early modulus elasticity.
