The current study provides an overview of FPSCs, detailing their advantages and disadvantages, along with recent research on diverse methods for performance enhancement. These encompass constructive operational parameters, such as incorporating turbulence generators, fins, phase change materials (PCMs), nano-fluids working mediums, improving solar radiation harvest through reflectors, utilising mini- micro-channels fluid flow. It was observed that, depending the design application, inclusion turbulators fins FPSCs may result in efficiency improvements. Furthermore, integrating PCMs into enhances thermal efficiency, paraffin wax being a commonly used PCM SCs. adoption instead water proves to be beneficial efficiency. Employing reflectors collectors improves heating process overall performance. Additionally, mini microchannels SCs reliability heat transfer, higher compressive strength, reduces costs contact resistance compared conventional FPSCs.

Solar collectors configured with flat plate innovation pushed to drive the prime role in research solar renewable energy due economic, sustainable, and eco-friendly. Besides, low thermal efficiency heat loss are major drawbacks of using plate-type collectors. The current adopts 2% volume fractions SiO2 nanofluid as working fluid. Their effects on functional characteristics made experimentally analyzed mass-flow rate 2 Lpm, 2.5 3 3.5 respectively, for air dryer applications. A collector?s investigational performance is compared water significance a fraction operating at Lpm recorded higher temperature (71?C), optimum 84.1%, better drying 83.4%. results present investigation utilized
