As the global population ages, improving health statuses and quality of life has become crucial. Healing spaces enhance older adults’ (OA) physical mental well-being. However, current research status development trends must be systematically reviewed to guide future directions. This study examines role healing in well-being OA through a bibliometric analysis. Results reveal three developmental stages: slow start, steady development, in-depth refinement. Highly cited articles emphasize environmental factors. The main foundations encompass physical, chemical, biological, ecological aspects health. frontier is shifting towards more comprehensive understanding needs. Keyword analysis indicates transition from single environment focus holistic approach considering psychological, social, spiritual needs across various disciplines. field progressing toward interdisciplinary integration, personalized demand, systematic development. Future should prioritize needs, develop scientific evaluation systems for healing, optimize treatment environments using innovative technologies, address diverse Strengthening international cooperation integrating efforts are also essential advancing field.

In Australia, Long COVID is prevalent in 5%-10% of COVID-19 cases. Few multidisciplinary services exist to support recovery from COVID. To understand the consumer experience and acceptability a novel Australian Recovery Clinic, which incorporates personalised exercise prescription including respiratory peripheral strengthening carefully monitored cardiovascular training. Qualitative study; semi-structured interviews conducted by researcher external clinic delivery. A convenience sample participants who have completed Clinic. Major themes were identified inductive thematic analysis. Fifteen interviewed. 14/15 (93%) described model as acceptable or highly acceptable. Five core identified, (1) encouraging staff light-filled facilities recovery; (2) supervised pacing improve confidence with exercise; (3) peer group therapy augments (4) other augment recovery, (5) importance GP involvement connection participation. Suggestions for improvement included extending duration programme beyond 2 months, reducing wait times increasing staffing levels adjusting schedule broaden access options. The majority found that both pacing, would recommend it others. Abstract Background Optimal shaping of contextual factors (CFs) during clinical encounters may be associated with analgesic responses in treatments for musculoskeletal pain. These CFs (i.e., the patient-practitioner relationship, patient’s and practitioner’s beliefs/characteristics, treatment characteristics, environment) have not been widely evaluated by practitioners. Understanding their views has potential to improve quality effectiveness. Drawing on a panel United Kingdom practitioners’ expertise, this study aimed investigate perceptions management patients presenting chronic low back pain (LBP). Methods A modified two-round online Delphi-consensus survey was conducted measure extent agreement regarding perceived acceptability influence five main types LBP. Qualified practitioners providing regular LBP were invited take part. Results The successive Delphi rounds included 39 23 panellists an average 19.9 21.3 years experience respectively. demonstrated high degree consensus approaches enhance relationship (18/19 statements); leverage own characteristics/beliefs (10/11 modify beliefs consider characteristics (21/25 statements) patient outcomes rehabilitation. There lower use related (6/12 environment (3/7 statements), these viewed as least important. rated most important CF, although entirely confident managing range patients’ cognitive emotional needs.
