To promote the coordinated and sustainable development of hydropower exploitation ecological environment in upper reaches Yellow River, a fine simulation downstream riverway Yangqu Hydropower Station was carried out to analyze impact changes water depth flow velocity on fish habitats after impoundment Station. In this paper, Gymnocypris eckloni selected as target species. The habitat model constructed using MIKE21. quality species graded by fuzzy logic method with suitable conditions. Weighted Usable Area (WUA)-flow response relationship under different qualities studied, required obtained. results indicated that range, derived from between weighted total area variations, ranged 350 1100 m3/s. Furthermore, range determined through proportion WUA 600 1150 After comprehensive analysis, final be high-quality 0.26 0.50, As traffic increased, it first increased then decreased, most affected traffic, medium-quality fluctuated 0.40 0.55, showing an overall upward trend. Meanwhile, low-quality 0.11 0.21, indicating smallest variations. research could provide certain reference for scheduling stations River.

The development of smart grids has led to an increased focus by transmission and distribution network operators on the Optimal Power Flow (OPF) problem. solutions identified for OPF problem are vital ensure real-time optimal control operation electric networks can help enhance their efficiency. In this context, paper proposed original solution problem, represented voltage in integrating wind farms. Based a fuzzy inference system (FIS) built Fuzzy Logic Designer Matlab environment, where fuzzification process was improved through K-means clustering, two approaches were developed, representing novel tools analysis. decision-maker use these only successively. FIS-based first approach considers load requested at PQ-type buses powers injected farms as input variables. rules, FIS determines suitable tap positions power transformers minimise active losses. second (I-FIS), variant FIS, calculates steady-state regime determine losses based transformers, determined with FIS. A real 10-bus used test approaches, considering comprehensive characteristic three-day tests thoroughly highlight performance under different injection profiles results obtained compared those best methods constrained nonlinear mathematical programming analysis, specifically sequential quadratic (SQP). errors calculated throughout analysis interval between SQP-based approach, considered reference, I-FIS-based 5.72% 2.41% day, 1.07% 1.19% 1.61% 1.33% third day. impact OPF, assessed calculating efficiency network, revealed average percentage 0.04% 0.06% 0.01% approach.
