Development of nanofiber membranes with the ability to remove organic dye such as Indigo Carmine (IC) from effluent wastewater is immense help textile industry. In present study, we investigate preparation cellulose acetate (CA) optimized performances using electrospinning technique for effective removal dye. Electrospinning parameters and solvent system containing acetic acid were adjusted obtain CA nanofibers which better suits application. The obtained characterized Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) contact angle analysis. Results show that webs continuously formed are substantially free defects beading, an average diameter 950 ± 50 nm. Hydrophobicity successfully modified showed important increase values 37° 107°. stirring time was varied improve solution homogeneity consequently response in filtration treatment. performance evaluated through water flux permeability measurement tested on IC removal. results a rate around 83 % maximum adsorption capacity (Q

Self-dispersion dyes were prepared by introducing hydrophilic phosphate groups onto the surface of carbon black. 2-((4-Aminophenyl)sulfonyl)ethyl hydrogen sulfate and alendronic acid used as initial reactants to synthesize key intermediate a one-pot method, reaction network in this step was identified experimentally. Subsequently, density functional theory calculations utilized reveal mechanism energy barrier. Kinetic experiments conducted at 288.15–303.15 K, experimental data fitted nonlinear least-squares method determine rate constants various temperatures. The activation pre-exponential factor further calculated Arrhenius relationship. Finally, plug flow reactor model an axial dispersion developed for concept design industrial continuous reactors, detailed investigations on effects parameters such tube length, rate, wall temperature, diameter conversion yield conducted.
