Development of nanofiber membranes with the ability to remove organic dye such as Indigo Carmine (IC) from effluent wastewater is immense help textile industry. In present study, we investigate preparation cellulose acetate (CA) optimized performances using electrospinning technique for effective removal dye. Electrospinning parameters and solvent system containing acetic acid were adjusted obtain CA nanofibers which better suits application. The obtained characterized Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) contact angle analysis.
