This work presents a novel trigeneration system for the simultaneous production of desalinated water, electrical energy, and cooling, addressing challenges water scarcity climate change through an integrated efficient approach. The proposed combines 8-stage Multi Stage Flash Distillation (MSF) process with 6-effect Multiple Effect (MED) process, complemented by expander-generator to optimize steam utilization. Cooling is achieved dual ejectocondensation mechanism, which enhances energy recovery expands operational flexibility. system’s performance was analyzed using Aspen Plus simulations, demonstrating technical feasibility across broad operating range: 28.3 0.8 kPa 68 4 °C. In cogeneration mode, achieves Performance Ratio (PR) 12.06 Recovery (RR) 54%, producing 67,219.2 L/day reducing consumption 12.03%. it PR 17.81 RR 80%, cooling capacity 1225 kW, generating 99,273.6 while 3.69%. These results underscore capability significantly enhance efficiency thermal desalination technologies, offering sustainable high-performing solution coastal communities worldwide.
