Peroxynitrite-based advanced oxidation technology has gradually become a research hotspot for degrading dye wastewater due to its high efficiency and environmentally friendly features. Transition metal elements, which are commonly used as catalysts the activation of persulfates, suffer from problems such easy deactivation leaching ions, limit their practical application. In this study, Co78Si8B14/g-C3N4 composite were prepared by wet milling ball methods investigate degradation Orange II dyes assisting peroxynitrite under visible light, effects catalyst ratio, light intensity, dosage on performance investigated. It was shown that optimum ratio Co78Si8B14 g-C3N4 1:3, reaction rate constants orange + PMS VIS 4.3 5.37 times higher than those single PMS, respectively. Meanwhile, also showed good rhodamine B, methyl orange, methylene blue dyes, effect could reach more 75%. Cyclic stability tests maintained 94% over multiple cycles with low ion dissolution concentration. Its catalytic activity is attributed lowest adsorption energy (Eads = −1.97 eV), facilitates reaction, while synergistic promotes production ·SO4, ·OH, ·O2−. This study provides new ideas development stable efficient expand synergy between PMS-based other technologies.
