Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the ground-breaking innovations 21st century that has accelerated digitalization societies. ChatGPT a newer form AI-based large language model can generate complex texts are almost indistinguishable from human-generated text. The current study was conducted evaluate generating accurate, clear, concise, and unbiased information could support scientific research process. To achieve this purpose, we initiated queries on both versions regarding digital school leadership teachers’ technology integration, two significant topics currently discussed educational literature, under four categories: (1) definition leadership, (2) skills principals, (3) factors affecting (4) impact integration.
