The role of social factors on changes in lifestyle habits during the COVID-19 quarantine and their maintenance post-quarantine is underexamined. This study aimed to assess sociodemographic differences nutrition, physical activity body weight persistence post quarantine. included a random sample Lithuanian residents aged 20 64. questionnaires were filled face-to-face interview within households countrywide 2023. In total, 1500 individuals (742 men 758 women) participated survey. Up 34.9% respondents reported eating habits, mostly increased consumption, 29.5% indicated reduced activity, 22.7% gained weight. ABSTRACT COVID‐19 pandemic‐related stressful events are associated with adverse mental health outcomes; however, prior evidence is limited due to cross‐sectional designs or convenience sampling, little focus on sleep health.
