The
implementation
of
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
in
conjunction
with
proficient
investor
relations
management
(IRM)
can
enhance
the
reputation
and
appeal
enterprises,
thereby

sustainable
development
enterprises.

paper
examines
correlation
between
CSR
IRM
by
exploring
potential
misinterpretation
socially
responsible
actions
listed
companies
as
“hypocrisy”.
We
use
fixed
effect
model,
moderating
model
instrumental
variable
method
to
examine
IRM.
findings

that

fulfilling
interaction
