Against the backdrop of promoting rural revitalization and ecological protection, quality life living environment has been greatly improved. But with improvement in standards, amount domestic sewage discharge also increased, bringing enormous pressure to environment. Therefore, strengthening construction management treatment facilities is an important part achieving sustainable development. This article takes areas western China as example investigate analyze characteristics existing problems their facilities. The weights each indicator are determined through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
