To address global climate change and achieve high-quality development, China has to reach carbon peaking neutrality targets as objective requirements. Based on data from 30 Chinese provinces 2011 2021, this study used a two-factor fixed effects mechanism model test the mechanisms of digital finance performance. The findings imply that development nonlinear effect "first inhibit, then promote" principle Meanwhile, both coverage breadth usage depth have more significant impact Digital financing can improve regional performance through green technology innovation, industrial upgrades, energy structure optimization. In addition, exhibited heterogeneity. Specifically, higher level marketization lower urban–rural income gap, effect. eastern region advantage being rich in resources technology, is obvious compared central western regions. Therefore, should accelerate integration financial services with modern technologies low-carbon based local conditions.

The coordinated development of green finance and technological innovation is a key driver China's high-quality economic growth therefore deserves close attention. But are really coordinated? This study establishes coordinating coupling system to link innovation. 2010-2021 chosen as the observation period, 31 provinces in China selected for study. paper uses coordination model investigate finance, discusses its spatial distribution by Moran index. results show that, overall, degree between shows consistent upward trend. trend particularly strong East. Moreover, has effect. And it binary characteristic, with decreasing observed from coastal inland regions. These remained valid after replacing weight matrix sample size. The above findings have important policy implications optimising synergistic achieving development.

Decreasing carbon emission intensity (CEI) has emerged as a crucial strategy for nations to attain low-carbon economic growth. Nevertheless, definitive conclusion about the correlation between financial development and CEI not been reached. This research examines influence of digital inclusive finance (DIF), novel sector, on CEI, role technology innovation (DTI) in this impact. Firstly, study analyzes DIF from perspectives effect scale proposes hypothesis that impact is U-shaped. Then, using double fixed-effect model sample 30 provinces China 2011 2021, verifies accuracy hypothesis. Subsequently, mechanism by which impacts results indicate can exert U-shaped via enhancing DTI. further investigates three angles: geographical location, human capital level, green finance. It also explores spillover spatial heterogeneity employing Durbin model. Lastly, drawing aforementioned analysis, report some recommendations.
