In recent years, Jiangsu Province has increasingly prioritized the coordinated regional development of innovation. Unicorn and gazelle companies, characterized by technological or business model innovation, serve as significant indicators innovation capacity. Therefore, this study uses unicorn companies recognized between 2020 2022 in samples, employing ArcGIS geographical detectors to investigate spatial distribution characteristics influencing factors these propose optimization strategies, with aim assessing landscape Province. The key findings conclusions are follows: (1) over past three average nearest-neighbor distance decreased from 10.491 km 1.706 km, indicating a agglomeration; peak core density clusters increased substantially, reflecting growth number clustering deepened. Climate change, drought, floods, and other natural disasters are frequently encountered problems for cities in the 21st century. Today, urban sustainability is an essential resource achieving sustainable development goals. In this context, many countries worldwide have started taking measures through of indicators to withstand environmental hazards. From a broad perspective, vulnerability has been identified social, environmental, economic dimensions, solutions aimed at addressing these issues. within scope study, renewal projects implemented Alipaşa-Lalebey Neighborhood, located historic Walled City Diyarbakır, were compared with old city fabric evaluated by means economic, social indicators. China is currently confronting the dilemma of achieving green development goals while ensuring economic growth. Urban agglomerations, as a new form concentration, may serve an effective solution to this challenge. This paper treats State Council's approval national urban agglomeration quasi-natural experiment, utilizing panel data from 213 prefecture-level cities spanning 2004 2020. A multi-period Difference-in-Differences model applied assess impact National Agglomerations Policy (NUAP) on Green Total Factor Productivity (GTFP). The findings indicate that implementation NUAP has led average increase in local GTFP 0.0603. effect primarily driven by enhanced technological innovation capabilities, reduced misallocation factor resources, and "siphoning" "spillover" effects central cities. Heterogeneity analysis reveals agglomerations expansion phase, larger those located north exbibit more significant study provides perspective research offers theoretical empirical support for evaluating NUAP.
