While it is widely acknowledged that fingerprint recognition has played an essential part in policing and forensic science, little known about alterations medical specifically as a consequence of anticancer treatments. ABSTRACT Objective This scoping review explores the multifaceted experience of cancer survivorship in Sub‐Saharan Africa (SSA), with a focus on post‐treatment phase. The primary objective is to examine psychosocial, cultural, and economic factors that influence care outcomes. Methods A comprehensive literature was conducted using databases such as Web Science Core Collection identify studies published between 2000 2023. Eligible focused SSA. Data were extracted, analyzed, synthesized key themes research gaps. Results identified substantial psychological distress among survivors, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, often exacerbated by financial toxicity limited access psychosocial support services. Cultural factors, spiritual beliefs, reliance traditional healers, cancer‐related stigma, influenced healthcare‐seeking behaviors overall well‐being. Despite these challenges, social networks, religiosity, targeted interventions improved emotional resilience quality life. However, major gaps remain, insufficient integration cultural beliefs into care, inadequate long‐term follow‐up (LTFU) programs, oncofertility support, lack regionally diverse longitudinal data. Conclusions Cancer SSA shaped intricate dynamics extend beyond clinical care. Addressing challenges requires culturally sensitive, evidence‐based interventions, counseling, integration, establishment structured LTFU programs. While data demonstrate psychosocial support services as effective mechanisms for improving the psychological well-being of breast cancer survivors (BCS), reviews indicate more research is needed to confirm this finding. The current study examined relationship between service utilization (PSSU) on adaptive coping (AC) and post-traumatic growth (PTG) among BCS. Seventy-two Non-Hispanic Black White BCS completed a survey assessing socio-demographic/clinical characteristics, PSSU (none, one type, multiple types), AC, PTG. ABSTRACT Background Breast and gynecological cancers contribute significantly to cancer‐related mortality among Nigerian women. Despite the proven benefits of spousal support in improving cancer outcomes, male involvement caregiving remains limited due cultural norms, stigma, systemic healthcare challenges. Aims This study evaluated effectiveness a couple‐based virtual intervention enhancing quality life (QoL) women undergoing treatment Nigeria. Methods An embedded mixed‐methods design was employed involving 133 couples, where were receiving for breast or cancer. The consisted an 8‐week peer program partners, delivered via Zoom. Quantitative data collected using validated instruments assessing QoL, analyzed descriptive inferential statistics.
