The Czech Republic and Poland are struggling with problems related to the development of photovoltaics. Both analyzed countries had periods dynamic this renewable energy source (RES). However, neither nor have developed mechanisms that would lead stable photovoltaic installations in long term. analyses presented article demonstrate implementation extreme solutions by these countries, which led either stagnation photovoltaics or an excessive increase installed capacity, including RES, then be stopped due to, for example, failure power grids match increasing capacity. This conducted research based on secondary data using Foresight method. aim manuscript is present conditions Poland. also points barriers limiting type RES potential e.g., storage, will allow maintaining future prevent overloading grids. results indicate context further study area, what important are, changes legal regulations financial incentives enable micro-installations within communities a greater extent, co-financing storage. Other factors were noted, interconnection capacity systems as well externally.

ABSTRACT With the advancement of modern electronics and increase in thermal power density, heat management has become a challenge that impacts device performance. Cold plates are an effective solution liquid cooling systems, improving dissipation stability. This study presents numerical evaluation multichannel cold plates' hydraulic performance to enhance their overall efficiency. Geometric modifications included dual ports for improved flow distribution, transfer, channel structure changes, such as straight, convergent, divergent, convergent/divergent configurations. Performance was assessed through temperature pressure drop, efficiency analysis using ANSYS Fluent 22R1 under incompressible laminar conditions with water mass rates between 0.002 0.006 kg/s. Compared conventional multi‐mini‐channel plate (CMMCP), results this showed flow‐splitting effect at outlet significantly compared single outlet. Using one inlet two outlets achieved higher CMMCP, reducing loss by 61% Nusselt number 14.4%. Furthermore, modifying convergent curve central had greater impact on than divergent–convergent curve. Narrowing increased 48.71% design, while also temperature. The double‐outlet, convergent‐curved design performed best performance, achieving highest fluid rates, 1.81.
