Rhinobyon and inflammation associated with pollinosis may elevate the risk of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). However, exact nature this association remains unclear, particularly in large-scale populations. This study aimed to examine relationship between OSAHS using data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). Data NHANES spanning 2005 2018 were analyzed. Three multivariate generalized linear models (GLMs) employed explore OSAHS: one unadjusted model, minimally adjusted fully model. Stratified analyses conducted assess impact other covariates on OSAHS. Additionally, incorporated K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) smoothed curves refine analysis. The identified significant demographic differences groups factors such as pollinosis, age, gender, weight (WT), body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), protein, fat. In three models, a consistent was observed Specifically, Model 1 showed an odds ratio (OR) 1.31 [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.16–1.48, P < 0.001], 2 revealed OR 1.35 (95% CI: 1.19–1.54, 0.001), 3 indicated 1.29 1.10–1.50, = 0.002), suggesting that remained robust despite inclusion covariates. Risk stratification confirmed factor for (OR 1.28, 95% 0.002). KNN model further supported utility diagnostic marker Smoothing also demonstrated positive correlation prevalence incidence. established OSAHS, emphasizing need vigilance monitoring managing individuals risk.

In this paper, to better represent an athlete's performance using momentum, paper proposed indicator system assess a player's at different stages of match. The article tested both LightGBM and XGBoost classification models. By comparing the accuracy, recall, precision training sets for models, found that achieved 91.8% all these metrics, while impressive 98.4%. Therefore, used feature importance derived from model determine weight indicators. After obtaining weighted indicators players, essay comprehensive calculation formula momentum changes player during also applied genetic algorithm-optimized random forest regression (GA-RF) predict real-time in Additionally, utilized SHAP interpret predictions, providing specific recommendations players prepare

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, is associated with an increased risk of Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). The genetic mechanisms underlying this link are not well understood. We downloaded IBD AMI-related microarray datasets from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified analyzed using enrichment analysis Weighted Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA). Machine learning techniques, including LASSO, random forest, Boruta, employed to screen for hub genes. These validated through qRT-PCR Western blotting. Single-cell sequencing was used confirm findings. Additionally, potential therapeutic targets Connectivity Map (CMap) Five key genes-THBD, FOSB, ADGPR3, IL1R2, PLAUR-were as significantly involved in both AMI pathogenesis. A diagnostic model constructed these demonstrated high predictive accuracy. several drugs targeting identified, offering new avenues. This study highlights crucial role FOSB other comorbidity AMI. findings provide novel insights early diagnosis strategies, emphasizing importance further investigation into links.
