This paper presents a study aimed at developing probiotic feed preparation based on secondary product of the food industry - homogenised potato mass (HPM). The possibility using HPC as substrate for cultivation bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus plantarum was studied. It experimentally shown that GCM provides effective growth multiplication these bacteria, lyophilisation allows to preserve their viability long time. obtained demonstrated pronounced antibiotic activity against number pathogenic microorganisms. us conclude HCM is promising raw material production cost-effective efficient preparations, which contributes development sustainable animal husbandry reduces dependence antibiotics. results confirm utilisation materials probiotics indicate importance further research in this area.
