The urban functional zone, serving as a bridge to understanding the complex interactions between human spatial activities and surface thermal environmental changes, explores driving force information of its internal temperature which is crucial for improving environment. However, impacts current zones on environment, based delineation activities, have yet be sufficiently investigated. To address issue, we constructed two-factor weighted dominant function vector model “population heat—land use scale” identify zones. This multisource data considers perspective supply demand matching. We then analyzed differentiation factors relationship environment using random forest algorithm, bivariate autocorrelation, geographical detectors, geographically regression models. results showed that there are significant differences in Land Surface Temperature among different central area Lanzhou. Among these, life service zone has greatest impact followed by industrial catering while green space least impact. exhibits high-high clusters localized clustering patterns with service, industrial, residential In contrast, it tends exhibit low-high spaces. Abstract The goals of carbon peak and neutrality have gained significant attention in China. Carbon‐intensive corporates are tasked with decoupling economic growth from emissions. This research examines their potential for financialization based on the compulsory fulfillment requirement emission allowances emission‐free characteristics financial assets. finds that policy significantly promotes to allocate more capital toward business operations real economy. It leads an increase capacity utilization efficiency profitability main business. findings support has a positive impact

Abstract Urban blue–green spaces(BGS) exhibit a remarkable cold island (CI) effect, and research on heat mitigation measures based CIs has attracted considerable attention. However, few studies have been conducted mitigating urban overheating by connecting isolated CI patches to form networks. Therefore, this study aimed explore the framework specific processes for building an network in Hangzhou, China. The construction consisted of “source identification-resistance surface construction-corridor construction”. Based morphological spatial pattern analysis, local climate zone (LCZ) theory, connectivity index, circuit sources cooling corridors were identified classified, pinch barrier points determined. results indicated that Hangzhou comprised 69 sources, 134 corridors, 36 points, 89 points. these results, we recommended LCZs are dominated water (LCZG) dense trees (LCZA) be protected areas bare rock or pavement improved. This methodology can provide new inspiration future planning BGS sustainable cooling.

Carbon compensation can guide human activities in reducing carbon emissions or increasing sequestration and also represents an important approach for coordinating regional development. In this paper, Chongqing Municipality, whose internal development is varied, was selected as a case study. The annual emissions, sequestration, deficits, inter-regional costs from 2000 to 2021 were continuously estimated via local optimization methods, zoning scheme proposed that integrates the present situation trend analysis. results show (1) Chongqing’s total greater than deficit approximately 556.24 × 104 t~3621.58 t. (2) County-level budgets have large differences; counties should always receive are southeast northeast regions, pay central urban areas surrounding new areas. (3) All zoned into key payment areas, basic recipient which account 39.47%, maintain grow status main sources of costs, while 44.74%, maintained negative continuous downward trend, meaning they may costs. This paper revealed inequities novel solution, provide scientific reference data support further establishing mechanisms.
