In the past four decades, China has achieved tremendous economic success, but it also faced serious ecological security (ES) problems. The land use/cover change (LUCC) plays a decisive role in issue of ES. LUCC and ES evaluation were combined by predicting use simulating pattern. Taking Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration (PRD) as study area, temporal changes predicted CA-Markov model, pattern three different scenarios 2025 was simulated. Rapid urbanization has produced a series of impacts on the ecological environment. The resilience of the urban ecological network is an indispensable aspect reflecting recovery capacity after external risk shock. Improving conducive to enhancing benefits. Urban growth boundaries (UGBs) are seen as an effective tool to control urban sprawl and promote sustainable development. Existing methodologies related boundary delineation focus mainly on increasing land intensification compact However, it is not sufficient optimal development, especially in China. The of UGBs should only take into account the heterogeneity regional natural resources but also further reconcile urban–ecological conflict. Therefore, this paper proposes a new framework for delineating ecologically manner. This study first uses remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) sensitivity basis constraints (EC). However, previous restoration, mainly targeting a single ecosystem or problem at scale, couldn't effectively solve systemic problems, especially in rapidly developing areas. Land-Space Restoration (LSER) policy was proposed change the situation that traditional lack of overall planning and united goals.
