This article aims at designing a fuzzy logic-based classification and authentication system for commercially available tea water brands. Electronic tongue instrumentation-based experimentally collected data had been used to design the system. Tea samples of six different types were evaluated using pulse voltammetric technique. However, this generation reporting are not under scope current study. The classifier/authenticator is three-step procedure. At first, identification in subspace was done Sammon's non-linear mapping technique followed by entropy-based clustering water/tea set formed and, finally, expert optimized particle swarm optimization authenticate unknown with 100% efficiency. Thus, it deals dimensionality reduction visualization, based on similarity, development system, as powerful tool dealing imprecision uncertainty.

Abstract The process of mining activities often causes the formation acid mine drainage (AMD). Through rock fractures and underground rivers, AMD can easily enter groundwater environment near mines cause serious pollution to water quality. In order effectively evaluate quality polluted understand its threat ecosystem around mine. this study, four distribution areas, Guiyang City, Bijie Qianxinan Prefecture, Qiandongnan Prefecture in Guizhou Province, were used as study area. A composite model for evaluation was constructed using factor analysis (FA), analytic hierarchy (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive (FCE). Furthermore, by introducing weighted average method level characteristic value ( J ), type body environmental evaluated comprehensively, respectively. Compared with traditional model, AHP‐FA‐FCE has obvious advantages selection indicators, determination indicator weights, types, results obtained are more reasonable accurate. Three common factors mainly controlled mineral oxidation factor, human activity dissolution extracted dimension reduction original hydrochemical data FA. samples SO 4 2− , Fe, Al, Mn, Na, F − showed that area a whole dominated class V water, which accounted 77.78% total. Maintaining effluent quality in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) comes with significant challenges under variable weather conditions, where sudden changes flow rate and increased pollutant loads can affect performance. Traditional physical sensors became both expensive susceptible to failure extreme conditions. In this study, we evaluate the performance of soft based on artificial intelligence (AI) predict components underlying calculation index (EQI). We thus focus our study three ML models: Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) Transformer. Using Benchmark Simulation Model no. 2 (BSM2) as WWTP, were able obtain datasets for training models their dry scenarios, rainy episodes, storm events. To improve classification networks according type weather, developed a Random Forest (RF)-based meta-classifier. The results indicate that conditions Transformer network achieved best performance, while rain episodes scenarios GRU was capture variations highest accuracy. LSTM performed normally stable but struggled rapid fluctuations. These support decision integrate AI-based predictive WWTPs, highlighting top performances recurrent feed-forward (Transformer) obtaining predictions different

Best management practices (BMPs) are promising solutions that can partially control pollution discharged from farmlands. These strategies, like fertilizer reduction and using filter strips, mainly nutrient (N P) loads in basins. However, they have secondary impacts on nutrition production ecosystem. This study develops a method to evaluate the cumulative environmental of BMPs. It also introduces calculates food's footprint (FEF) for accounting total damages per production. This combines soil water assessment tool (SWAT) basin simulation with indices ReCiPe, life cycle impact (LCIA) method. By these means, effectiveness BMPs loads, yields, footprints (WFs) evaluated converted as equivalent damages. was verified Zrebar Lake, western Iran. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, river water environmental pollution incidents occur frequently, which seriously threaten ecological health safety supply. Water prediction is an important basis for understanding trends aquatic environment, preventing improving quality. However, due to large uncertainty hydrological, meteorological environment systems, it challenging accurately predict quality using single model. order improve accuracy stability prediction, this study proposed integrated learning criterion that dynamic model average selection (DMA-MS) used construct prediction. Finally, based on results model, connectivity risk project was evaluated.
