With the ongoing impacts of global climate change, cumulative stress effects external disturbances on ecosystems are gradually strengthening. Therefore, it is very important to scientifically evaluate stability ecosystems. In terrestrial ecosystems, vegetation serves as a link between water, energy, and carbon cycles, an index which allows for measurement ecosystem stability. this study, two indices (normalized difference enhanced index), along with solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence data from 2001 2021, were used determine disturbance events in Minjiang river basin using dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm. Analyses characteristics during period, quantification resistance, resilience, regime shift rate conducted. The results indicated following. (1) monitored by DTW algorithm highly consistent typical events, was feasible monitor (2) Disturbance intensity increased slightly, while urban areas decreased. (3) resistance different types varied greatly, strongest forests, next croplands, weakest grasslands. contrast, resilience grasslands, forests. (4) growth state more significantly affected 2001–2021, 58.75% forest, 54.37% grassland, 37.21% cropland having rates < 1. Lastly, (5) response diverse under scenarios, recovery gradual being greater than abrupt disturbance.

As the largest carbon reservoir within terrestrial ecosystems, forest ecosystems play a major role as sinks in global cycle. There are still some uncertainties regarding responses of different fluxes to environmental changes cold temperate climate ecosystems. Here, 14 flux sites for at least ten years were investigated, including and variables such temperature, precipitation, shortwave radiation, vapor pressure deficit. By calculating Spearman correlation coefficient, there was congruence between photosynthetic productivity (i.e., gross primary productivity, GPP) sequestration net ecosystem NEP) thirteen sites, one site, GPP NEP decoupled. Annual displayed consistent trend when temperature precipitation had significantly opposite trends positive with VPD. But VPD negatively correlated both SW spring summer, decoupling occurred. The impacts various factors on annual calculated each year season using path analysis method. At NEP, annual, spring, summer temperatures significant correlations respiration (RE). While decoupled stronger effect RE, which then contributed observed NEP. Finally, Partial Least Squares method used analyze relative contribution factor fluxes. results revealed that key affecting This study provides important insights into undergoing changes.
