The extraction ecological corridors and identification nodes based on minimum cumulative resistance model gravity are important for improving regional connectivity maintaining service functions. This study took as area. Based landscape pattern index analysis Fragstats sensitivity surface, source area was selected according patch areas, in were extracted. We combined road network build stepping stones node construction promote biological migration, improved forest structure through corridors, finally built a woodland structure. results show that areas with high concentrated network, water area, land Additionally, we identified 20 sources distributed central north–south vertical Farm. also extracted ninety-six key thirty-nine nodes, thirteen construction. Optimization of ecological security patterns (ESP) is an important way to implement land space restoration and maintain regional sustainable development. How comprehensively identify ESP while maintaining the balanced development each ecosystem service key issue in identification construction at present. Using data on use, meteorology, vegetation biomass socio-economic statistics, quality six typical services Shule River basin (SRB) 2010 2020 were calculated for food supply, water conservation, carbon fixation oxygen release, habitat quality, soil conservation culture leisure. The ordered weighted averaging (OWA) model was introduced priority areas as source, minimum cumulative resistance (MCR) used extract corridors nodes. Based ant colony algorithm optimal paths study area, spatial scope corridors, potential recovery points, construct optimization ESP. results show that temporal differences SRB significant, showing characteristics overall dispersion small concentration. 76 source patches with a total area 2.29 × 104 km2; 54 length 3161.87 km; 36 nodes identified. Overall, shows network complete but there still room optimization, local problems are prominent. extracted 4.21 km2, 4 points. Finally, "two two belts, three areas" determined.

Abstract Context The establishment of an ecosystem health assessment framework from a human–environment view is vital to landscape sustainability. Although several studies have improved the by integrating services (ESs) supply or demand, consideration sustainable ESs lacking. Objectives objective this paper improve current methodological ecological integrity and establish framework. Methods An framework, including four indicators, vigor, organization, resilience, rate, was established perspective systems . Then, performance demonstrated in case study China 2000 2020. Results From 2020, overall spatial pattern values high southern southeastern coastal regions, low were mostly located western region, parts Inner Mongolia, metropolitan areas, with descending trend southeast northwest. imbalance between potential actual greatly contributed deterioration regional health. During period, found be more unhealthy state than traditional Vigor-Organization-Resilience-Ecosystem (VORES) evaluation. Conclusions that incorporates provides new for understanding complex inherent characteristics ecosystems human-nature connectedness coupled systems. The expansion of human activities has significantly increased ecological risks, which threaten the security ecosystems. This paper takes Northeast China, a national typical barrier region, as case study to explore evolution environment under various future development scenarios. Considering complexity assessments, comprehensive approach integrating methods is employed. includes Patch-based Land Use Simulation (PLUS) model, Integrated Valuation Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs (InVEST) landscape risk assessment index system, Space Minimum Cumulative Resistance (MCR) among others. These are used dynamically assess changes in land use, (LER), layout networks. An integrated framework proposed for identifying, constructing, optimizing network (ESN). results show that LER China presents "high middle, low around" distribution characteristic. High areas mainly distributed water bodies construction lands with high fragmentation isolation, while primarily forest belt Inner Mongolia grassland lower vulnerability separation. From 2000 2020, increased, manifested Greater Lesser Khingan Range northern part region. Forecast indicate significant differences LERs ESN different socio-economic Under protection (EP) scenario, average 0.2215. area source 302,405.56 km2, length corridors 179,024.71 km, 339 nodes 410 breakpoints identified. Compared natural (ND) urban (UC) scenarios, EP scenario shows lowest most ideal ESN. provides reference resource optimization restoration China.

River basins play an important role in national economic development and ecological security can be well expressed by ecosystem services (ESs) research. Due to rapid population growth climate change, it has had a significant impact on the of Yellow Basin (YRB). Although ESs have been assessed several studies, few studies used composite service index (CESI) their assessment. Thus, here, based InVEST model, bivariate spatial autocorrelation, econometric we studied YRB, with aim build CESI for evaluating overall YRB. We found that YRB from 1990 year–2020 year obvious spatiotemporal distribution law at city level grid scale, showing high characteristic southeast. The trend also showed difference regional distribution. There was positive correlation between urbanization indicators reflected urbanization, aggregation type among three similar. Furthermore, density strong spillover effect CESI, whereas land negative effect. Therefore, should pay attention transforming extensive model paying when laying out industrial structures. Additionally, is necessary control expansion built-up improve use efficiency, thereby reducing development. This study's findings serve as reference policy formulation major river worldwide.

This study took Yichang as research object, used geospatial data construct optimize ESPs. We identified sources through sensitivity assessment extracted corridors minimum cumulative resistance model. On this basis, innovatively introduced information, ESP discussed function zones order play a greater role The results showed that: (1) includes 12 with total area 2,186.34 km2, 30 length 1120.44 km 15 nodes. The ecological network as the cornerstone of urban security protection, understanding interaction between and construction land spatial development intensity (CLSDI), which is crucial for guiding orderly utilization territorial space promoting regional sustainable development. However, information on complex temporal interactions networks CLSDI has not yet been adequately studied. This study takes main area Jinan City an example, explores coupling relationship change rule during 2006–2018 through multiple buffer analysis tools, proposes optimization path under perspective network. results showed that: from 2006 to 2018, there a significant effect elements; within zone 300–3000 m sources nodes, rises with increase distance; while corridor exhibits decreased 500-m zone, 500–3000-m tends increase. Based empirical analysis, proposed three aspects: source, node. 300 control range source designated "specific protection zone", strictly zone; set up differential zoning, activity types are controlled in hierarchical classified manner; CLDSI around nodes order prevent encroachment activities nodes. provides reference value constructing pattern coordinated construction.
