Evaluating the economic and environmental effects of farmers' green production behaviors holds important reference value for promoting sustainable agricultural development, alleviating non-point source (NPS) pollution, achieving organic combination protection development. This paper utilizes survey data from 1,345 farm households in main rice areas Jiangxi Province, China, using example reduced fertilizer application (RFA) among farmers. By constructing a DEA—SBM model with undesirable outputs to measure effects, applying an endogenous switching test adoption technologies. The study found that: (1)The behavior RFA by farmers has significant positive impact on their net profit per mu(NPPA), helping increase income, ranging 2.05% 6.54%. (2)The productivity(AGP), contributing improvement environment, 44.09% 45.35%. (3)Heterogeneity analysis inconsistencies income-enhancing environmental-enhancing at different quantiles NPPA AGP. Therefore, attention should be placed improving product quality supervision system under market circulation mechanism, creating land scale conditions conducive promotion reduction technologies, implementation externality internalization compensation systems.

The adoption of agricultural green production technologies (AGPTs) is crucial for achieving development in developing countries. This paper establishes a tripartite game model to explore the evolutionary influence mechanism government environmental regulation policies and bank credit on farmers’ AGPT under different initial conditions strategy choices. Through theoretical analysis numerical simulation, we systematically deduce path equilibrium conditions, as well examine synergistic effect these policies. results demonstrate that banks’ implementation effectively encourage farmers adopt AGPT. However, conflicts may arise during dynamic evolution process when banks choose implement policy. These can be mitigated by utilizing market-oriented mechanisms such loan interest rates, improving supervision efficiency, enhancing expected income. findings this research provide valuable insights into external incentive promote among foster development.
