Households are an important sector in carrying out human development activities, accounting for more than 30% of the total global energy consumption. The continued growth household consumption (HEC) and carbon emissions is threatening economic environmental sustainability. Blue carbon sequestration is a nature-based solution to environmental problems caused by climate change and has significant positive impact on the planet human well-being. This paper bibliometrically systematically analyzed 2,613 studies found in Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) from 2003 2021 explore hotspots trends blue research using Bibliometrix package R studio VOSviewer software. The results based network co-occurrence analysis indicated that mangroves, seagrasses, salt marshes were major ecosystems (BCEs), mangrove sinks most popular central area. Abstract China is the biggest emitter of greenhouse gases (GHGs) in world, and agricultural GHG emission accounts for nearly a fifth total China. To understand carbon absorption characteristics production systems those arid oasis areas, typical representative city northwestern China, Zhangye City, was selected study.The factor method used to analyze calculate changing dynamics whole system region (38,592 km 2 ) from 2010 2021.The results revealed that emissions during planting mainly come fertilizers, which account highest proportion (47.9%) planting. Animal enteric fermentation local livestock farming are main contributor (86%) emissions. The annual average intensity 4.4 t C-eq ha −1 crop 2.6 system. ratio sequestration crops 1:1.7. We find slightly exceeds its study region, with an 41% sustainable development index.
