The study of spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and factors affecting the coordinated development population green economy (CD_PGE) in Shandong province, China, has significant decision-making implications for promoting high-quality sustainable regional development. Based on 2001 to 2020 panel data each city economic zone this paper constructs an evaluation model CD_PGE systems. Using growth elasticity models, geographic concentration kernel density estimation spatial autocorrelation, analysis Province from perspective agglomeration coupling, temporal coupling coordination patterns, evolutionary characteristics. In addition, we use fixed effect models quantile empirically test effects demographic results show that: (1) terms demo-graphic characteristics, Shandong’s trends are good, but there still many challenges. (2) According time series distribution degree is rise, level distinct. (3) From dynamical grid CD_PGE, characterized by clustering, with large differences. (4) impact factor perspective, both market mechanisms government intervention have a direction extent vary.

Post-disaster rapid recovery and reconstruction, along with the evaluation of these efforts, are crucial for affected areas. They not only facilitate swift repair vulnerable systems but also reflect whether work has enhanced regional coordinated development. This is vital achieving sustainable development post-reconstruction. study addresses two main questions: (1) How effective were reconstruction efforts in Mianyang, Deyang, Guangyuan post-Wenchuan earthquake from a socio-economic–ecological system perspective? (2) What temporal spatial changes Coordinated Development Index (CDI) key counties? By constructing framework to assess post-disaster development, this utilized entropy weight method mean-variance comprehensive weighting indicators. The gray prediction model G(1,1) was used forecast levels three cities 2019 2025. findings reveal following: From 2005 2018, CDI Guangyuan, Mianyang showed significant upward trend. Post-earthquake measures like land planning ecological restoration notably resilience promoted among social, economic, systems. Despite overall success disparities persist Guangyuan. Predictions suggest that will achieve high-quality next 5, 2, 1 years, respectively. (3) Although achievements have been made through industrial restructuring, reuse planning, restoration, more precise disaster prevention mitigation strategies needed foster In summary, evaluates effects hardest-hit areas Wenchuan forecasts future providing reference similar assessing predicting

The non-coordination between the socio-economic systems and ecosystems of a region is crucial obstacle to sustainable development. To reveal relationships complex urban achieve goal coordinated development, we constructed coupling coordination degree model (CCDM) angle (CAM) analyzed evolution process among population, water resources, economy, ecology (PWEE) system Tuha for 2005–2020. results indicated that: (1) During 2005–2020, comprehensive development index (CDI) resources economy subsystems was 0.21–0.65, with three portraying an overall increase; average values RSEI at five-year intervals were 0.29, 0.28, 0.26, indicating downward trend in environmental quality. (2) effect PWEE portrayed low level; (CCD) 0.28–0.58, fluctuating upward trend. level CCD increased from disorder marginal coordination. (3) system's scissor difference reflects large evolutionary characteristics. ecological support capacity not observed until late stage. We conclude that composite stage disordered These findings significantly bolster theoretical underpinnings studies, offering essential scientific theories methodological frameworks crafting policies tailored region.

China has been facing a contradiction between its water supply and demand for long time, it is urgent that builds “water-saving society”. Previous research on pricing mainly focused the policy level, only considering sides ignoring participation of local governments. Due to inconsistent approval mechanisms, different times cost formation, lack scientific relationship multiple sources users, with current in China, difficult solve complex problem resource allocation. This study aimed promote qualitative reuse reclaimed water, achieve high-quality low-cost supply, explore role water-pricing mechanisms regulation multi-source configurations. The mechanism constructed complex, multi-source, multi-user system, three-party game model established among governments, enterprises, users. A reasonable system rational price obtained, Pinghu City Zhejiang Province taken as area. prices external residential non-resident special users are 4.48 CNY/m3, 6.28 7.12 CNY/m3. resident 3.81 5.25 6.05 2.62 CNY/m3 water. results showed when government’s contribution did not exceed amount would have without inclusion recycled annual payment their ability pay, income suppliers increased by 69%. three balanced objectives configuration government, profit enterprise, achieved. provides theoretical methodological support implementation supplies water-scarce areas.

In this study, coupled coordination model ArcGIS tools are applied to examine temporal spatial progression land, environment, residents’ livelihoods (the LEL system). The construction use geographic socio-economic data main innovations research. findings indicate that over last 15 years, Wuyishan Park has witnessed growth its ecological agricultural areas alongside decline water-based zones. creation national park obviously promoted systems significant spillover effect. Consequently, for upcoming development Park, it is modify framework sector, enhance public infrastructure, bolster safeguarding water areas.
