Abstract Unreasonable energy consumption hinders the sustainable development of cities. This study developed a multi-source flow (MEF) model based on input-output table (IOT) to analyze in Fujian Province. Combining IOT and can help policy makers know characteristics between sectors. Results show that indirect (203.43×10 6 tons standard coal equivalent (SCE)) Province is greater than direct (74.40×10 SCE). The EGW has highest (33.15×10 SCE), while CON (28.71×10 EGW, SPM, CHE NMP are main outflow sectors, inflow sector. contribution economy was far flow; CON, WHO SER contributors flow, WHO, AGR flow. These results provide scientific guidance for Fujian.

Fishery plays an important role in world trade; however, the embodied energy associated with fishery remains incompletely quantified. In this study, we applied multi-regional input-output (MRIO) model and logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) approach to understand evolution drivers of intermediate final trade between China countries along 21st century Maritime Silk Road (MSR) from 2006 2021. The findings are as follows: (1) Embodied averaged 92.2% total trade. has gradually shifted being a net exporter importer intermediate, final, MSR. (2) From regional perspective, China’s Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia comprises majority (82.0% on average annually). sectoral petroleum, chemical non-metallic mineral products, transport equipment were prominent (64.0% (3) Economic output increases main contributors increasing all types China. improvement efficiency effectively reduced China, but its negative driving force weakened recent years owing minor improvements. Understanding transactions behind MSR can provide theoretical reference for optimize strategy save energy.

The correlation between integrated development planning and water demand represents innovative noteworthy concepts within the field of public administration. In recent years, a significant number researchers have focused their investigations on elucidating connection Planning, offering fresh perspective management. These processes constitute vital elements contemporary management governmental sectors. This study employs mixed-method research approach, incorporating both qualitative quantitative methodologies. Secondary data, obtained through systematic review literature comprising 237 documents from Scopus-indexed journals spanning years 2019 to 2024, provides insights into extensive body concerning relationship planning. Primary data was collected five interviews conducted with managers Vhembe District Municipality. analysis reveals that based is fragmented, different subsets focusing distinct aspects or methodologies without much overlap integration them. abundance underscores its significance in Insights indicate lack clarity regarding roles responsibilities conclusion, this emphasises emerging importance Integrated Development Planning Water Demand realm Keywords: Integrated, Development, Water,
