dynamics
of
green
infrastructure
(GI)
in
cities
Bujumbura,
Kinshasa,
and
Lubumbashi.
A
remote
sensing
approach,
combined
with
landscape
ecology
metrics,

three
Landsat
images
acquired
2000,
2013,
2022
for
each
city.
Spatial
pattern
indices
reveal
that
GI
suppressed
Bujumbura
contrast
to
Lubumbashi,

fragmentation.

fractal
dimension
metrics
suggest

intense

Mountains
region,

biodiversity

pressure

anthropogenic
activities

spatial

dynamics

forest
grassland
ecosystems
in
National
Park
Candidate
Area
2000
to
2020,

conservation
