Urban green spaces, vital public infrastructure, have received limited research on how their morphology affects visual perception preferences. Using data from ten parks, we generated space maps high-resolution satellite imagery and calculated indicators, such as quantity, fragmentation, connectivity, shape complexity. By combining the Mask2Former image segmentation deep learning model with a multi-objective regression structural equation modeling, analyzed relationship between preferences, controlling for geographic demographic factors. The results showed that spaces tighter aggregation, continuity, complexity led to more distinct perceptions. This was mediated by proportion of landscape elements. distribution, shape, connectivity urban had an independent impact individual perception, far exceeding influence quantity alone. spatial should be incorporated into health-oriented design, exploring global interest in human well-being, providing valuable insights planning health-driven design.
