Over the past two decades, extensive coastal development in China has led to numerous small-scale enclosed water bodies. Due complex shoreline geometries, these areas suffer from disturbed hydrodynamic conditions, weak exchange, which quickly leads sediment accumulation, and difficulty maintaining ecological levels, posing serious environmental threats. Enhancing seawater exchange capacity achieving coordinated optimization of efficiency level are critical prerequisites for restoration eutrophic areas. This study takes Ligao Block Tianjin as a case proposes real-time sluice gate regulation scheme. By incorporating engineering layout, present characteristics benthic substrate environment, number, width, location, operation modes gates optimized maximize while natural flow patterns. The result numerical simulation intelligent analysis reveals that optimal strategy should be tailored regional tidal conditions. Through scheduling gates, systematic parameter optimization, active control opening, this approach achieves dynamics, sustained levels
