Introduction The natural disasters and climate anomalies caused by increasing global carbon emissions have seriously threatened public health. To solve increasingly serious environmental pollution problems, the Chinese government has committed itself to achieving goals of peak neutrality. low-carbon patent application is an important means achieve these promote Methods This study analyzes basic situation, spatial network, influencing factors applications in China since 2001 at provincial urban agglomeration levels using social network analysis based on data from Incopat database. Results following findings are established. (1) From number applications, total increased year year, while eastern region was larger than those central western regions, but such regional differences had been decreasing. (2) At interprovincial level, showed a complex multithreaded structure. In particular, coastal provinces occupied core position network. weighted degree distribution China's cooperation affected various factors, including economic development, financial support, local scientific research awareness. (3) agglomerations radial structure with city as core. Urban innovation capability, development awareness, level technology import overseas, informatization highly correlated networks agglomerations. Discussion provides ideas for construction governance system perspectives theoretical health high-quality China.

Abstract The rapid advancements in the digital economy have created numerous opportunities and solutions for industrial green transformation. However, complex relationship between these two has received relatively less attention. Therefore, this study analyses how impacts transformation across 30 Chinese provinces. empirical findings highlight economy's significant role driving Within dynamic framework, crucial operational mechanisms been identified: heightened public awareness of environmental issues vigorous innovation technologies. It becomes evident that can energize sustain momentum Notably, influence is most pronounced eastern‐central China. its impact western China appears weaker, especially at higher quantiles. We observe a strong correlation evolution terms space time. Higher spatiotemporal regression coefficients are primarily found areas south Hu line, while lower values more common northern regions. These provide insights into be strategically applied to drive

Abstract Digital economy takes data as its core input element and has high green value, but does the development of digital necessarily promote sustainable development? We use 286 Chinese cities from 2011 to 2019 a case study examine impact on urban development, discuss mechanisms heterogeneous impacts, threshold effects environmental regulations, role National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zone. It was found that: (1) The value can effectively contribute development. (2) achieve by enhancing technological innovation human capital. (3) Environmental regulation effect in driving (4) establishment Zone (5) polarization level first‐tier second‐tier is still increasing under background economy, which intensifies “Matthew effect” among different levels cities, inclusiveness not really been reflected China. This explores influence mechanism context China, great theoretical practical significance for developing countries solve Solow productivity paradox realize new stage.
