Ecological product value realization (EPVR) and rural revitalization (RR) are essential guarantees for ensuring human well-being a better life. They also crucial components of promising vision the future world play significant role in promoting sustainable management ecological restoration. The chain-driven mechanism EPVR—ecological industry (EI)—RR karst desertification control (KDC) area has already become key scientific issue that urgently needs to be solved during process industrial green transformation consolidating results poverty alleviation region, however, there is currently no clear synthesis this issue. To address shortfall, we have adopted systematic literature review (SLR) framework. Based on Web Science (WOS) China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) databases, conducted comprehensive search rigorous evaluation, obtaining 321 documents published between 1997 2023. These were systematically integrated analyzed depth through process, aiming provide holistic perspective. indicate (1) an overall fluctuating upward trend number literatures issued time series, study categorized into accumulation, development, expansion periods; (2) research mainly concentrated China’s EPVR RR pilot areas. There overlap hotspot institutions, their areas specialization, foundations, geographical locations. content includes EPVR, EI, relationship EI RR, models pathways; (3) main progress landmark summarized based content. A series related issues technical needs, such as eco-product (EP) accounting, mechanisms, formation, them, explored research. While summarizing general laws, it provides targeted insights revelations subsequent KDC ecosystem.

The transformative period of reshaping China's Protected Area System (CPAs) requires nature reserves (NRs) to pay greater attention policy-driven changes in land use as well ecosystem. We take Anhui Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve (SJLNNR) a case study examine ecosystem services and their trade-offs.We find that (1) policy implementation significantly increased the area wetlands forests while decreasing cropland impervious land.Ideally, could be by ~10200 hm 2 .(2) Habitat quality (HQ) water conservation (WC) are enhanced, with highest enhancement 13.09% 28.18%, respectively.Carbon storage (CS) food production (FP) showed opposite trends across scenarios.(3) CS demonstrates trade-offs other ESs, remaining ESs displayed varying degrees synergistic relationships.Nonetheless, it should noted transforming extensive farmland into diverse land-use types might not improve synergies relationship ESs.Additionally, full protection scenario (FPS) demonstrated advantages terms HQ, WC, CS.

Abstract. Gully erosion can be combatted in severely affected regions like sub-Saharan Africa by a range of low-cost interventions that are accessible to farmers. Regional ecological protection is an urgent task in today’s social development, and constructing network important way to achieve regional coordination. However, previous studies have lacked a systematic review analysis of policy document transmission paths, failing consider the spatial structure its complex characteristics policies, resulting deficiencies coordinated governance environment. To address this gap, study constructs lineage for Chengdu Plain urban agglomeration (CDPUA) based on 400 environmental documents issued by cities CDPUA from 2015 2022, focusing perspective documents. Social methods, GIS analysis, other methods were employed construct analyze network. It was found that integrated exhibits multi-core triangular pattern with density east sparsity west. The has 60.71%, indicating strong intercity linkage, Suining as central nucleus transmitting policies surrounding cities, forming Suining–Chengdu–Mianyang triangle. formed dominated multiple offering diverse distinct types ecosystem services. This provides insights enhance collaborative protection, promoting sustainable development region.
