In this paper, the annual output and amount of burning six major crop straws from 2009 to 2019 in China were calculated. Through estimation, average CO2 emission straw open had exceeded 220 million tons. Policy propagation modeling was conducted determine policy adoption rate Chinese farmers towards prohibition. By applying Logistic Bass diffusion models, predictive functions prohibition proposed according historical data for since 2000. A novel model rural communities established, by 2025 predicted as 89.19%. Based on analysis national regulation discourse tenor prohibition, countermeasures discussed, which could be beneficial implementation China. Therefore, present work indicates a research direction predicting through communities.

This experiment takes typical chernozem soil as the research object to investigate effects of adding various livestock and poultry manures during in situ strip composting corn straw on decomposition characteristics organic carbon content. study set up a total four treatments under condition following equal principle: (1) (T1); (2) + chicken manure (T2); (3) cow dung (T3); (4) agent (T4). The cumulative mass loss rate treatment ranged from 51.60% 54.33%, with release 75.34% 76.64%. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive relationship between SOC, rate, rate. Furthermore, there was correlation components such DOC, EOC, POC, MBC CPMI, while showing negative oxidation stability coefficient (KOS). Incorporating into returning it field strips effectively enhances process straw, leading an increase content soil.

Torrefaction is a promising pretreatment method to enhance the physical and chemical properties of corn straw for bioenergy applications. In this study, torrefaction experiments were conducted in continuous screw reactor under varying temperatures feed rates. The quality resulting biochar was assessed using color difference analysis, with defined threshold determine product qualification (i.e., compliance rate). Results showed that rate dropped from 78% 61% as increased 0.5 kg/h 1.5 kg/h. To address this, process parameters optimized. Increasing flow hot carrier gas significantly improved quality: at temperature 550 °C, 9.4 kg/h, 1 reached 81%. An energy balance established through proximate ultimate analyses measurements higher heating value (HHV). Under optimized conditions, mass yield (MY) (EY) 58.84% 66.48%, respectively. Maintaining above °C ensured stable self-sustaining process. These findings provide practical insights design operation energy-efficient, biomass systems, contributing advancement sustainable production industrial scales.

Then, this purified cellulose was co-polymerized by the addition of acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate in presence N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker to form a cellulose-based hydrogel for removal hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) from wastewater. Here, impact various parameters, such pH, contact time, material dosage, initial solution concentration, on adsorption capacity Cr(VI) ions is systematically investigated. The experimental findings revealed that highest treatment Cr(VI)-containing water reached 1.1 mg Cr(VI)/g at pH 1, time 120 min, concentration aqueous 10 mg/L an applied adsorbent dosage 0.2 g. In addition, equilibrium data agreed well with Langmuir isotherm maximum amount 4.14 Cr(VI)/g. Additionally, demonstrated good reusability, supporting notion it can be efficiently regenerated multiple uses, crucial factor its practical application towards reducing environmental increasing economic value.

Controlling carbon emissions is a global goal, and China actively implementing reduction measures. As major agricultural nation, has considerable potential for developing residues as renewable environmentally friendly biomass energy. In this study, we obtained data on crop yields, crop-to-grain ratios, livestock excretion coefficients to calculate the resources of in Chinese provinces from 2013 2022. Crop residue showed distribution pattern with higher levels north than south east west. Henan Heilongjiang consistently had highest resource levels, exceeding 35 million tons annually 10 years. The were relatively abundant Sichuan, Henan, Yunnan, Shandong, Hunan, Inner Mongolia. Mongolia, greatest CO2 emission reductions, primarily located regions high traditional energy consumption levels. ArcGIS was used apply natural break classification categorize reductions across 2022 into five classes. Based factors such planting area numbers, spatiotemporal influencing quantity examined using Geographically Temporally Weighted Regression. A tailored integrated approach should be biomass, development promoted through policy support technological innovation.
