disasters

inherent

Urban
underground
space
(UUS)
development
has
been
acknowledged
as
a
positive
contribution
to
urban
resilience
(UR).
Such
qualitatively
addressed
in
recent
years,
but
only
quantitatively
discussed
few
studies.
Quantitative
evaluation
methods
for
UR
are
widely
used
China
and
around
the
world,
role
of

barely
included.
This
paper

gap

city
scale.

framework
