Purpose The Open API (application programming interface) architecture will play an important role in promoting future FinTech service applications; however, it involves user data, and the current specialization progression are less visible. Therefore, evaluation framework for development ecosystem is constructed this study. Design/methodology/approach This study preliminarily selects four most key objects factors of conducts expert interviews to revise framework. Then, uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) evaluate their factor weights finally FAHP analysis results further apply based on distance from average solution (EDAS) approach explore strategy optimization scenarios. Findings According results, co-creation object productivity two significant objects, with 0.275 0.272, respectively. shows that FinTech-related companies expect increase through co-creation. Finally, also indicate mobile payment best application scenario ecosystem, followed by online banking. These illustrate strategic management implications.
