Background/Objectives: In this paper, we report the development of first chrome-doped hydroxyapatite in a poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) matrix enriched with amoxicillin for biomedical applications. The chromium-doped coatings PVA aims to provide new biomaterials improved physico-chemical and biological properties, making them promising candidates Methods: Through ultrasound studies, obtained valuable information on stability samples. X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, metallographic (MM), atomic force (AFM) were employed characterization biocompatibility CrHApAPV CrHApAPV-Ax was assessed using MG63 human osteoblast-like cell line. To evaluate cytotoxic potential these coatings, viability quantified MTT assay after 24 h incubation. antibacterial activity evaluated aid reference strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 (P. aeruginosa). Results: XRD patterns samples examined effects lattice parameters, unit volume, average crystallite sizes. results vitro demonstrated that both exhibited very good properties all tested time intervals. Conclusions: Our underline analyzed Moreover, our studies highlight could be considered materials uses.
