adhesion
kinase
(FAK)
is
a
non-receptor
tyrosine
mainly
found
in
the
focal
regions
of
plasma
membrane
and
it
has
crucial
role
migration
remodeling
cellular
morphology.
FAK
also
linked
to
several
aspects
cancer
biology,
from
cytokine
production
angiogenesis,
drug
resistance,
invasion,
metastasis,
as
well
epithelial-to-mesenchymal
transition.
The
gene
locus
frequently
amplified
human
tumors,
thus
causing
overexpression
cancers.
Furthermore,
can
influence
extracellular
matrix
exosome
secretion
through
cancer-associated
fibroblasts,
an
important
tumor
microenvironment
regulation.
Although
solid
tumors
known,
its
importance
onco-hematological
diseases
remains
poorly
explored.
This
review
collects
studies
related
significance
their
microenvironments.
Overall,
blood
increasingly
evident,
but
further
research
required
confirm
new
therapeutic
target
hematological
contexts.
