Black same gender loving (SGL) men in the United States continue to experience mental, physical, relational, and financial health inequities due impact of various systems oppression. Despite this fact, there are few interventions developed specifically for SGL that address outcomes beyond sexual health. strong evidence spirituality is a cultural strength associated with positive men, it has seldom been incorporated into as central mechanism facilitating group’s well-being. The present qualitative study utilized hybrid (i.e., codebook reflexive) approach thematic analysis analyze data from individual semi-structured interviews 29 across States. Three themes were generated: (1) Harmful Nonresponsive Institutions; (2) Diversity, Detail, Men’s Preferences Intervention Design; (3) Multilevel Positive Holistic Impact.
