Abstract Digitalisation is expected to transform end-to-end supply chain operations by leveraging the technical capabilities of advanced technology applications. Notwithstanding operations-wise merits associated with implementation digital technologies, individually, their combined effect has been overlooked owing limited real-world evidence. In this regard, research explores joint Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain Technology (BCT) in chains for extending performance boundaries fostering sustainable development data monetisation. Specifically, study empirically studied tuna fish Thailand identify respective operations, observe material data-handling processes, envision AI BCT. Therefore, we first mapped business processes system-level interactions understand governing material, data, information flows that could be facilitated through BCT chain. The mapping results illustrate central role chains’ management, while sustainability monetisation impact depends on parameters objectives set involved system stakeholders. Afterwards, proposed a unified framework captures key elements need digitally handled enabled food driving value delivery. Overall, empirically-driven modelling approach anticipated support academics practitioners’ decision-making studying introducing interventions toward

The objective of this research is to analyze the mediating role Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in main Intellectual Capital (GIC) and Sustainable Performance (SP) relationship, as well moderating Agriculture (GA) GSCM–SP relationship. To achieve objective, a theoretical model proposed based on literature review then analyzed using structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) sample 196 Spanish wineries collected from September 2022 January 2023. results reveal that while GSCM partially mediates GIC–SP GA positively but not significantly moderates best our knowledge, there are no previous studies have contextualized wine industry, so study represents generation new knowledge about meaning relationships presented. Furthermore, has advances understanding variables may affect link (GSCM–SP).

While current product supply chain transformation into a green (GAPSC) needs financial support and more consumers' recognition. Against COVID-19 income gap between rural areas urban areas, this paper designed financing system for GAPSC with suppliers as financiers residents investors. Furthermore, both bank network crowdfunding platforms connect in system. This research built an evolutionary game model based on relationship With theory Matlab software, was analysed. The researchers found that ESS can be promoted through decreasing cost enhancing operation ability GAPSC. also recommend demand agriculture products stimulated to develop

Due to the growing concern towards natural resource depletion and increasing levels of waste generation caused by economic growth, sustainable consumption has gained attention both governments society. Despite this, market share products remains low, studies analysing factors influencing consumers’ perception provide inconclusive results. This work aims help bridge this gap summarising main literature results focusing on practical implications. We perform a systematic review identify products. Next, we classify these according triple bottom line framework, holistic perspective subject present useful suggestions for companies.
