Thoughts, strategies, beliefs, and philosophies are continually evolving changing. In this era of change growth, leaders have the greatest impact on success long-term viability all organizations institutions, as well formation maintenance organizational culture (Robbins & Judge, 2012). Furthermore, same holds true for educational institutions. Therefore, study is interested in identifying effect leadership styles employee performance, focusing mediating role soft skills moderating unfairness. A quantitative method was adopted, data 184 teachers collected by a higher institute. The has used cross-sectional research design using convenience sampling technique. SMART PLS version 22 analysis reveals that transactional transformational significant positive relationship with performance via skills. Further unfairness negatively moderated between performance. present useful building employing various reducing environment This could pave way to improving management readiness face 4.0 education era. Limitations future recommendations discussed.
