Therefore, study is interested in identifying effect leadership styles employee performance, focusing mediating role soft skills moderating unfairness. A quantitative method was adopted, data 184 teachers collected by a higher institute. The has used cross-sectional research design using convenience sampling technique. SMART PLS version 22 analysis reveals that transactional transformational significant positive relationship with performance via skills.
