The Metaverse is rapidly evolving into a transformative digital ecosystem, bringing with it unprecedented opportunities and complex array of ethical challenges. This narrative review, based on an in-depth analysis 112 full publications, explores the key themes associated Metaverse, including privacy data security, identity behavior, inclusivity, mental physical health, AI, content moderation, intellectual property, governance, environmental sustainability, harassment, cultural representation, economic implications. Proposed solutions for these challenges encompass privacy-by-design frameworks, robust verification systems, equitable access initiatives, explainable blockchain-based property protections.Additionally, review examines governance legal such as frameworks developed by World Economic Forum, European Commission, United Nations, IEEE standards, alongside national platform-specific regulations. These efforts aim to enhance transparency, ensure universal accessibility, promote foster safety within Metaverse.
