As a critical aspect of corporate financing strategies, high-quality trade credit has been acknowledged as favorable indicator for external stakeholders. Given the increasing prominence sustainable development, it is worthwhile to explore whether an advanced environmental management system facilitates attainment business operations. Therefore, respond this question, study utilizes panel data spanning from 2012 2021, comprising Chinese listed firms in four energy and environment-related sectors, with dimension score CSI ESG scoring employed categorizing sample into high low governance groups. The results reconcile conflicting studies find inverted U-shaped effect between bank loans lower levels governance. Within domain characterized by higher governance, two are substituted each other. In addition, introduces Shapely decomposition method first time quantify contribution loans. Drawing these findings, we proposed practical advice firms, financial institutions, government on how choose against background development.

Purpose The objective of this study is to accurately predict the cost green buildings provide quantifiable criteria for investment decisions from investors. Design/methodology/approach This proposes a hybrid prediction model ML-based GBPs and obtains parameters (PPs) associated with project characteristics through data mining (DM) techniques. integrates principal component analysis (PCA) method perform parameter dimensionality reduction (PDR) on large number raw variables independent characteristic terms. Moreover, support vector machine (SVM) algorithm improved optimize results integrated prediction. Findings show that mean absolute relative errors proposed in are equal 39.78 0.02, respectively, which much lower than those traditional SVM MRA model. also achieved better accuracy ( R 2 = 0.319) superior different Originality/value Theoretically, developed can reliably while capturing GBPs, bold attempt at comprehensive approach. Practically, provides developers new capable costs projects ambiguous definitions complex characteristics.

This study introduces an evolutionary game model to investigate the strategic interaction among government regulatory agencies, shopping center investors, and tenants in global energy-saving renovation market. The focus is on three innovative aspects. Firstly, reveals that positive tenant behavior can stimulate investors’ participation projects by triggering potential market demand, thereby establishing a dynamic balance between supply demand. viewpoint has been previously overlooked energy research. Secondly, demonstrates transformation of strategies. In early stages development, direct intervention through subsidies penalties crucial, decisions are constrained both returns costs. When exceed cost premium, investors actively participate, policy incentives lower barriers promote expansion. As matures, transition toward guidance optimizes sustainable outcomes. Thirdly, extensive numerical simulations have confirmed existence multiple stable equilibrium states under different incentive conditions, providing new evidence for stability adaptability These findings significantly advance theoretical understanding multi-stakeholder interactions green building provide practical developing adaptive effective frameworks.

The building industry has been thriving all around the world. With global advancement, particularly in technology, real estate development is evolving with ongoing adoption of new tactics. current study investigates performance palm fronds and seeds enhancing properties unfired clay bricks as construction materials. methodologies used to attain study's objectives were; determining particle size distribution Atterberg limits soil, efflorescence, compressive strength, water absorption, fire resistance bricks, which were give most appropriate percent for robust bricks. required experimental research materials samples made. Using limits, soil was classified clayey low medium plasticity soil. Batching by weight achieved using a weighing scale substitution technique obtain proportions contents samples. Sample 5, contained 80% clay, 20% fronds, sample 6, 65% 25% seeds, 10% passed tests. Samples 5 under efflorescence check, confirmed slight responses where brick covered skinny deposit salts. Under 6 recorded 4.23 N/mm2 3.85 N/mm2, respectively, more significant than minimum strength fired For they attained moisture content 18.1% 16.1%, range 16–20% second-class All test, that had reasonable safety factor. Using green technology by building materials manufacturers to produce low-carbon is an effective way control carbon emissions and promote traditional industries’ development. Based on the government, small medium-sized manufacturers, scientific research institutes, this paper sets 15 variables that affect strategy selection of game participants, establishes evolutionary model under constraint tax, explores behavioral strategies three parties in industry life cycle materials, analyzes sensitivity critical factors. Results: The government plays a leading role initial stage, which gradually replaced market-leading mechanism as develops maturity. government’s decision-making behavior almost unaffected two, appropriate subsidies tax penalties at each stage can help improve enthusiasm other two participate behavior. Establishing reasonable income distribution coefficient between institutes more conducive speeding up stable state than transferring selling technology.
