The Make-up Air Unit (MAU) is an air conditioning system which plays important role in serving semiconductor cleanrooms. It provides constant temperature and humidity for fresh through various sections, including filtration, preheating, precooling, humidification, recooling, reheating, supply, high-efficiency filtration. However, the commonly used PID control method of MAU indicates a deficiency energy consumption. Hence, this research introduces proactive energy-saving optimization based on machine learning intelligent algorithms. Firstly, methods are to train historical data MAU, resulting data-driven prediction model consumption system. Subsequently, customized genetic algorithm (GA) optimize cold hot water systems. facilitates dynamic adjustment regulating valve opening coil unit, responding real-time variations outdoor conditions. Meanwhile, it ensures that supply humidification adhere specified requirements, thereby reducing associated with usage MAU. experimental results indicate proposed can provide significant conservation

This paper presents an overview of the status and prospects fuel cell electric vehicles (FC-EVs) for grid integration. In recent years, renewable energy has been explored on every front to extend use fossil fuels. Advanced technologies involving wind solar energy, vehicles, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) are becoming more popular support. With developments in solid oxide (SOFC-EVs), a flexible option than traditional proton-exchange membrane (PEMFC-EVs), potential vehicle-to-grid (V2G)’s implementation is promising. Specifically, SOFC-EVs can utilize biofuels or natural gas and, thus, they not limited pure hydrogen only. opens opportunity V2G’s by using readily piped at home charging stations. review will discuss current V2G importantly, compare battery (BEVs) their impacts.

Climate change and extreme weather events impose urgent necessities on distributed energy systems with flexibility resilience to survive the district power supply systems. Compared centralized systems, show more superiorities in shifting, fast demand response, regional allocations, so on. However, electrification transformation‐ enabled flexible sharing, smart integration, advanced management are still their infancy stages, unsolved but issues, like large‐scale system planning optimization, trading pricing mechanisms, In this study, energy‐sharing economy renewable integration communities has been comprehensively reviewed. The “source–grid–load–storage” framework implemented complex relationships among supply–storage–transmission–distribution chain. Roles of sustainability have provided. Considering widely installed optimization platforms tools provided guide distributed/centralized accurate capacity sizing. Results showed that, multi‐directional interactions buildings E‐mobility spatiotemporal sharing grids enable high penetration, reliability, etc. Unlike traditional fossil fuel‐based plants, renewable‐supported (like BIPVs, electric vehicles, etc.) emerging for response survivals. include Electricity market liberalization can incentivize multi‐stakeholders’ proactivity vitality microgrids.
