There has been an increasing number of pressures on the construction sector, one cornerstones economic development in emerging countries, to adopt sustainable practices order remain competitive. As need for cost reduction thermal energy storage (TES) technology grows, efficiency becomes increasingly important. Two methods insulating TES systems are assessed: powders that evacuated and materials placed outer storage. The goal this research is improve building via novel techniques. a growing trend replace traditional glass with transparent wood because its optical transparency insulation qualities superior those glass. Moreover, developments protective materials, such as rice straw-based nanomaterials-based solutions, could help reduce amount used by reducing consumption buildings. Energy can also be enhanced through approaches 3D printing nanocomposites systems. Sustainable essential addressing global challenges since they provide environmental benefits.

Researchers and companies are placing increasing importance on sustainability to fight climate change. This study analyzes the of hotel installation, photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, transition from traditional lighting light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs. The results show that for PV system, NPV (net present value) varied between 3191 11,959 kTND/kW installation panels has a positive 100% in case high market scenario 79–84% with reduced activity. Regarding energy optimization, use LED bulbs generates an 346 713 TND/bulb, depending self-consumption cost electricity. Ecological studies installing would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 424 gCO2eq/kWh, or 61 tCO2eq/year. Furthermore, social evaluations have shown renewable optimization point view ecological transition. In conclusion, green investments improve hotels. However, fully exploit this potential, change consumer attitudes is needed. Hotels must continue promote their efforts while making guests aware eco-friendly choices. Only combined approach, involving both hoteliers guests, will achieve sustainable sector. objective article therefore examine multidisciplinary interactions development highlighting inherent opportunities approach success hospitality Our methodological combines theoretical numerical study. These play major role projects due economic, environmental, technical, technological contributions, which proves address holistic way.

There is still a lot of research space and market demand for lightweight, heat-insulating, EMI-shielding construction materials. This paper develops compares the thermal insulation, ohmic heating effect, EMI shielding properties kind multifunctional sandwich material with “ROTIS” “FLAT” structures. The ROTIS-structured sample exhibits slightly higher conductivity than FLAT-structured sample, owing to its lower volume porosity plated copper content per unit area. Since ROTIS technology allows significant increase in thickness thinner raw materials, this structure an insulation Also, samples structures have better effect FLAT because active layer has more area, while less resistance. Unsatisfactorily, show electromagnetic effectiveness at 1-1.5 GHz, which mainly due their reduced porosity. In conclusion, materials that exhibit excellent shielding, properties, making them suitable use as building demanding indoor temperatures environments.
